The Management Advisory Board is a subsidiary of Material Technologies, Inc., a 25-year-old consulting company which provides corporations with strategic, technical and marketing advice.
For the past eleven years its Management Advisory Board subsidiary has partnered with investment banks to assist companies with the sale of their company, acquisitions or financial restructuring. We select the bank best suited for the client in terms of their skills, resources and familiarity of the business of our clients.
Our History
Among these banks are Capstone Partners (www.capatonepartners.com) a mid-market bank handling transactions in the $250-$500 million range. They are owned by Huntington Bank, a Fortune 500 bank, Palmtree LLC (www.palmtree.com) which has offices in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and Detroit; Woodbridge International merger and acquisition specialists since 1993 with offices in the US and Cape Town, South Africa (www.Woodbridgegrp.com) and Stout LLC a global advisory firm specializing in corporate finance. Our Advisors
The Management Advisory Board’s advisors have worked in senior positions in finance, engineering, marketing accounting and others for companies such as Phillips Electronics, Interlake Steel, Phillips Electronics, Cisco, Dun and Bradstreet, Oshkosh Corporation, Brush Engineered Materials and others.
They are graduates of The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Finance (both undergraduate and graduate school), The University of Delaware, The University of Maryland, Harvard Business School, Lehigh University, the University of Wisconsin, The University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and New York University Graduate School of Business among others.
