Our Team

Stephen Scott is a well experienced professional having held multiple progressive roles in product development and executive management. Most recently he was Senior Director of Engineering for a market leader of piping and plumbing products and services.

His experiences include:

• Technical guidance to Underwriter’s Laboratory, Factory Mutual, and the Manufacturer’s Standardization Society for product standards and evaluation.
  Subject Matter Expert for forensics investigations and litigation.
  Leading the growth and development of high functioning teams and processes.
• Multiple patents relating to novel concepts in the mechanical piping industry.
• Fostering product innovation methods.
• Member of Gerson Lehman Group industry advisors.

Mr. Scott holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and has continued his development through the Center for Creative Leadership. Stephen is married with four children and enjoys getting his hands dirty with all things automotive, construction and landscaping. He looks forward to all opportunities to make a positive impact through his abilities and faith.
